1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HawkerWatch platform and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Not an Emergency Service

CRITICAL WARNING: HawkerWatch is an organizational and analytical tool. It is NOT an emergency response service and does NOT guarantee physical safety. If you believe you are in immediate, imminent physical danger, you must immediately call 911 or your local emergency services.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

HawkerWatch provides tools to identify patterns and organize documentation. We do not provide legal advice, nor do we guarantee that using our Service will prevent harm, successfully result in legal action, or definitively prove intent. The use of exported dossiers is at the discretion of the user and their appointed counsel.

4. Acceptable Use and Truthfulness

Users agree to upload accurate information to the best of their ability. You may not use the Service to intentionally fabricate evidence, harass others, or engage in retaliatory behavior. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be utilizing our platform for abusive escalation rather than defensive documentation.
